Creation of a strategic masterplan framework to create a truly sustainable urban extension to Daventry that will be integrated with the established town and its hinterland and will play a significant role in the future growth and prosperity of the area.
 
Turley Associates’ Role:
 
  • Long term commitment from outline analysis to production of masterplan and supporting justification
  • Urban design analysis to inform and support masterplan approach and the type and quantum of development
  • Development of masterplan and supporting justification
  • Production of Design and Access statement with original application and subsequent Design and Access Statement following iterations to the masterplan
  • Preparation of regeneration and connectivity studies for adjoining areas
  • Presentation at CABE Design Review
  • Representation on urban design matters at appeal
