  • Advice on planning strategy and formulating schedule of proposed development
  • Pre-application discussions with local planning authority and HMRI development partners
  • Lead consultant in co-ordination of Environmental Impact Assessment and preparation of socio-economic, urban design and alternatives chapters
  • Preparation and submission of outline planning application with detailed parameters plan and full Design and Access Statement in conjunction with project architects
  • Liaison and negotiations with Local Planning Authority and statutory consultees
  • Advice regarding submission of reserved matters applications and discharge of planning conditions

Results:

  • Successful negotiation of a 15 year outline planning application tied to an approved development framework to steer the phased development of the neighbourhood and continued delivery of new and refurbished homes via a series of on-going reserved matters applications
