There is continuing private and public sector activity developing hospitals and in providing healthcare in sustainable locations and in buildings which are designed for the 21st century, with a growing emphasis on design quality.

We have a highly successful track record in obtaining planning permission for major new hospitals and of working with Hospital, Mental Health and Primary Care Trusts, PFI providers and private healthcare companies. We also have extensive experience of dealing with listed hospital buildings and of the disposal of surplus healthcare estate for alternative forms of development which generate value for health trusts.
