Located in Park Place, we are in the heart of the property business in Leeds. Bob May, office director is a well known figure in the region, closely involved with the Chamber of Commerce and the agents and developers forums for both Leeds and Bradford.

As the largest private planning and urban design team in the city, we are engaged on some of the area’s most exciting projects. We are working with Westfield on the redesign of Bradford Broadway while in Sheffield we are engaged on the Fletchers Bakery project for Sainsbury’s that will safeguard jobs in the area. We are also working on Temple Point for Strata Homes.

The Leeds office of Turley Associates has a strong commercial base and is particularly active in the health, retail, leisure and distribution & logistics sectors.The company’s Urban Design team is led from Leeds.
