Our two offices in Scotland are led by Colin Smith, who has extensive links with industry, local and central government, enhanced by his involvement with the RICS, as an external examiner at Heriot Watt University and member ship of the Cross Party Group for Construction and the Edinburgh Development Forum.

Both the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices are located in the business cores of the two cities and provide a comprehensive and innovative service for clients in the public and private sectors.

Turley Associates is one of the largest planning and urban design consultancies in Scotland and is involved in some of the country’s most high profile projects. These include SoCo Edinburgh, the mixed use scheme at South Bridge/Cowgate; the West Edinburgh SDA and several new store projects for Sainsbury’s.
