Our two offices in Scotland are led by Colin Smith, who has extensive links with the Scottish Parliament and Edinburgh City Council through his membership of the Cross Party Group for Construction and the Edinburgh Development Forum.

Both the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices are located in the business cores of the two cities and provide a comprehensive and innovative service for clients in the public and private sectors.

Turley Associates is the largest planning and urban design consultancy in Scotland and is involved in some of the country’s most high profile projects. These include SoCo Edinburgh, the mixed use scheme on the South Bridge; the redevelopment of 121-123 Princes Street, Edinburgh and 301 St Vincent Street, Glasgow.
