Turley Associates is the UK’s leading independent planning and urban design consultancy, operating nationally, regionally and locally from a network of nine offices. We currently have 140 members of staff, 86 of whom are chartered planners and 25 of whom are qualified urban designers.

Our core business is to facilitate new development in a variety of sectors (including mixed-use, commercial, housing, retail and leisure) all of which are vital to the future of sustainable communities.

Our consultants take time to listen to and understand client needs and aspirations, community perspectives and local authority objectives, in order to deliver appropriate permissions for new development.

The company has an established reputation for providing sound and impartial advice, skilled presentation and negotiation, and successful results over the past 22 years.
