• Advice on planning strategy
• Appointment and project management of consultant team
• Promotion of site through BMAP process including expert witness at strategic and site specific sessions
• Preparation of outline planning application including concept masterplan and Environmental Statement
• Progression of Development Framework to guide future planning applications and engagement with Planning Service's Strategic Project Team and statutory consultees in collaborative workshop design sessions
  

Results:

• Development limits expanded to include full extent of Blaris lands within 147ha (363.2 a) major mixed-use site agreed with Planning Service through the BMAP inquiry process
• Development Framework to guide future development of site presently being prepared as part of collaborative engagement with Strategic Projects team at Planning Service Headquarters
