SAINSBURY’S SUPERMARKETS LIMITED

Retail-led mixed-use scheme on 21.5ha (53a) in south west Birmingham, representing one of the city’s largest regeneration opportunities.  Proposals include supermarket and non-food stores, leisure, residential and employment uses and significant infrastructure works.  The planning permission provides for over 1.8 million sq ft of development.

  • Advice on planning strategy to secure client’s objectives
