• Preparation of Local Context Statement to guide architect and submit to Planning Service
• Advice on Design Concept Statement to communicate the design approach
• Negotiations with Planning Service on detailed design, procedure and policy issues

Results:

• Approval of reserved matters for 8 detached dwellings, 30 townhouses and 25 apartments
• High value scheme in lucrative Hillsborough housing market
