Regeneration of 75ha (185 acres) of former ship-building land to establish a new city centre quarter.

- Preparation, co-ordination and submission of applications for planning permission together with related Environmental Statements and Masterplans
- Preparation and submission of applications for listed building and historic monuments consent
- Management of consultation process with key stakeholders
- Presentations on Titanic Quarter to a wide range of International audiences
Results:
- Development Framework completed and agreed by Planning Service
- Outline Planning Permission received for Phase 1 Gateway offices; residential and mixed use; light industrial development; and key infrastructure
- Reserved Matters for Gateway offices, hotel and residential schemes approved
- Preparation and submission of an outline planning application with Masterplan, EIA and Supporting statement for Phase II (16.5 ha), comprising residential development (2 000 no. dwellings) employment (37,000 sq m), leisure (23,000 sq m) and tourism (11,300 sq m) uses including the Titanic Signature Project and public realm. This application was approved in June 2008.
- Preparation and submission of a full planning application for a new state of the art college campus for Belfast Institute of Further & Higher Education. Full planning application approved February 2008 and site construction to commence 2008
- Preparation and submission of a full planning application for a Financial Services Campus (FSC) for Northern Ireland comprising 55,752 sq m (600,000 sq ft) of office floorspace, submitted May 2008
- Preparation and submission of a Reserved Matters application for a residential/mixed use scheme of 380 units at Abercorn Quay.
- Preparation and submission of a Reserved Matters application for a world class tourism project of 13, 000sq m with public realm
