  • Preparation and negotiation of reserved matters applications for three distribution units including environmental assessment
  • Support for the Council on CPO and Link Road Funding issues
  • Advice to help secure first occupier, a secure data centre
  • Achieved permission to secure second occupier

Results:

  • Outline planning permission secured
  • Section 73 application to vary restrictive conditions currently being determined under delegated powers
  • Reserved Matters for the first three units (350,000 sq ft) approved
  • Package of infrastructure works submitted and discharged to facilitate early start on site
