Situated in a prominent city centre location in Manchester, the project required a comprehensive strategy to secure listed building consent. Located within the George Street conservation area, a sensitive solution to conversion, external treatment and signage was required.

Turley Associates prepared the planning statement, heritage assessment, review of design and access statement and co-ordination of the application package submission.

A change of ownership required a subsequent application for advertisement and listed building consent to reflect the operator’s brand.
