Planner/Senior Planner London - retail assessment
The team supports a range of retail and town centre projects across the UK. Some travel between offices and projects is expected. You will have a good understanding of the broad planning system and a proven track record in working in the retail and town centre sectors. This will include detailed quantitative retail analysis and the completion of sequential site assessments and town centre health checks, all of which will be prepared in support of planning applications for retail development.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in the retail and town centre sectors, be a member of the RTPI and have strong numeracy skills. Some experience of the GIS software used in retail planning (such as that provided by Experian or Pitney Bowes) would also be advantageous.
