We are looking to appoint an analyst/senior analyst to provide analytical support in the areas of research, information processing and knowledge management. The successful applicant will have quantitative skills including statistical analysis and forecasting, GIS operation, development and monitoring of economic and other industry based datasets and survey design and analysis.
Responsibilities will include the operation and management of company databases and the preparation of internal and external briefing notes, including supporting analysis. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for providing information on planning, economics and property matters to professional staff on a regular basis via the company’s intranet.
Relevant professional experience in a property consultancy or a research environment, together with qualifications in planning, economics, finance or related disciplines.
The postholder will be based in the company’s Bristol office. We are an employee owned business and offer an excellent benefits package.
