Our project for the Berkeley Group business, St Edwards Homes, at Honeypot Lane, Harrow has been shortlisted for the premier national housing design award by the judges of the Housing Design Awards (HDA).
The leading edge design by GRID Architects includes over 700 houses and apartments of mixed tenure, a business incubator centre, community facilities and flood prevention measures all set within an attractive landscape framework. The first phase is complete and the second phase is expected to be finished by 2012.
The HDA is sponsored by the DCLG and the judging panel is made up from cross-industry experts representing the RIBA, RTPI, RICS, HCA, HBF and NHBC.
