OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - MANCHESTER

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Office Administrator in our new offices at 1 New York Street, Manchester. This is a key role in a busy office and is one of our most senior administrative posts, involving a lot of variety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient administrative and secretarial support service, as well as responsibility for all general office related matters. A key responsibility is financial administration involving maintenance of the practice management information system.

Previous experience of operating a billing system would be an advantage. Excellent IT skills are essential, together with experience of financial administration including month end and invoicing procedures. We also look for experience in managing other support staff in an effective and motivating way. We offer excellent remuneration and related benefits including non-contributory pension.
