Planning Tips for Asset Management: Amendments to Existing Permissions

Turley Associates has welcomed the introduction of a new provision in the Planning Act 2008 to allow local planning authorities to vary planning permissions so long as the variations are not considered ‘material’, which will hopefully reduce unnecessary debate arising from relatively minor changes.
