NEWSOdyssey Complex – Planning Application and Concept Masterplan
Turley Associates prepared a Concept Masterplan for the former surface car parking with Henry J Lyons Architects, Dublin. The scheme comprises some 800 residential units with associated amenity space, two hotels including conference facilities, own door offices, leisure facilities, community and cultural uses, cafes/bars/restaurants, local convenience retail, public open space, multi-storey car parking and associated works including related infrastructure.
Turley Associates also co-ordinated the Environmental Statement and Transport Assessment and prepared a Retail Statement. There has been on-going consultation with the Strategic Projects team at Planning Service via the Pre-Application Discussions (PAD) process. We have also presented the scheme to the Ministerial Advisory Group (MAG) in advance of the submission and the panel applauded the ambition and overall design of the proposals.
