The package outlined in ‘Greater flexibility for planning permissions: Consultation’ consists of:
• extensions to the time limits for implementing existing planning permissions available via a new category of planning application,
• encouragement to use s.73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to pursue minor amendments, and
• a new system to pursue non-material changes.
Consultation on the proposals ends 13 August 2009. Turley Associates is happy to make representations on behalf of clients.
