Peel Group announces final public consultation for Wirral Waters.

National Policy Statement on Fossil Fuel Electricity Generating Infrastructure (EN2)
The Government has issued a draft National Policy Statement (NPS) on Energy, comprising an overarching statement (EN1) and 5 separate statements on specific elements of energy generation and transmissions infrastructure, for consultation. New fossil fuel power stations are covered by EN2.

Expiry of persmissions - new provisions
