We were instructed as planning consultant by Bristol Alliance (Land Securities and Hammerson) to deliver a truly exceptional development.

We provided overall planning strategy and masterplanning advice to Bristol Alliance and co-ordinated the preparation and submission of planning (outline and full) and listed building consent applications.

The completed development is widely regarded as having had a significantly
beneficial impact on the city centre as a whole and has lifted Bristol back into
the top ten city centres in the UK
